It is nearly New Year’s Eve and I have been trying to figure out what is going down that night. So far it looks like it is not going to be a wild night. More or a less, I have a feeling ringing in 2010 is going to be a more relaxed experience. I am cool with that especially because in the coming weeks I am getting together with some high school friends out of state for some fun on the slopes. I am planning a romantic dinner with my girlfriend before anything else come Thursday. Along with a good home cooked meal, I want to set up some candles before we go out.
I am picking her up prior to dinner so I have been thinking about buying some flameless candles online. I already have a few but not enough. I do have normal candles but leaving them lit while I go get her doesn’t seem like a smart idea. I think it would be dumb to have her wait outside while I ran inside and lit them after getting her. Flameless candles would make my whole New Year’s Eve plan work seamlessly. Such a simple idea but a genius one. Simple is better.
