My step-daughter Tina gave me a good quality scented candle and a nice holder to keep it in for Christmas. I like my scented candle and was quite touched that she gave me anything at all because she has very little cash to spare at the moment. Tina’s gift of a scented candle got me thinking. I realized that a scented candle makes a wonderful gift to give to another woman if you happen to be feeling the pinch financially. This is true even if you are buying a gift for a woman who already has almost everything she needs. All of the women I know like a nice scented candle, regardless of their means or financial status. I do not know anybody who does not like their home to smell nice. I will definitely use the scented candle Tina gave me and I sincerely appreciated the sentiment. I like the way my scented candle smells, too. All in all I think that the scented candle I received was a sweet and thoughtful gift. It’s something worth remembering if ever I find myself a little strapped for cash one Christmas.
