candles, scented candleThere's just something about walking into a home that smells like baking cookies or sweet strawberries and cream.  It makes my mouth water just talking about those wonderful scents of candles!  

Sometimes I like to light a melon scented candle; take a nice long relaxing bath before all the family gets home.  It's such a nice way to unwind and let all of the weight of the world just roll off my shoulders!

I love to have a variety of scents on hand so that I can light a couple of different candles at once to get an even more interesting aroma flowing through my home!  The kids love smelling them and I think it really helps them have a better appetite come dinner time, mostly because it makes you hungry smelling the scent of baking vanilla cookies or blueberry pie! 

I love to give candles as gifts to my daughters; they just love candles!  I can never go wrong giving them a basket filled with assorted candles for Christmas or birthdays!  They always open them and say, "Oh, that's just what I wanted!"  I love making them happy with candles; it warms my heart!
