Creating a Haunting Mood with Candles |

Candles are great for setting all sorts of moods. Many times they create a relaxing one but with October 31st just days away, many people including myself are turning to candles to create a haunted look. There is nothing scarier then the dark a room with flickering candle light catching all of the shadow movement on the walls.
With packs of candles so cheap just about everywhere, it is easy and affordable to transform a home into a dimly light, séance looking fright fest. Almost all haunted houses use candles as one of the many props to get the hair on people’s neck to rise. Flameless candles would be my pick for transforming a place into a creepy home of horrors because then there is no chance of the fire department busting down the door to soak a small blaze. The city is not going to believe a story about a ghost knocking candles over to start the fire so stick to the safer flameless variety to keep an haunted experience from turning into a inside BBQ. Happy Halloween to everyone out there and be sure to have a great time come Saturday.
